My husband and I recently attended the Childbirth Education class at Saltwater Doulas, taught by Alyssa. The class was SO informative and evidence based (read: no bias), leaving us both feeling more confident in our decisions and the highly anticipated birth day! We are so glad we chose Saltwater Doulas for education – this is our first baby but even an RN was there that has worked with babies/mommas before and she even learned new things! 10/10 recommend!
