Spinning Babies

What is Spinning Babies® ?

Spinning Babies® is an approach for ease and comfort in pregnancy and childbirth:

Comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth.

Self-care and specific body activities restore body balance, making pregnancy more comfortable and room for the baby. This balance and space helps baby to get into the most optimal position for labor.

Easier birth with fetal positioning

Spinning Babies belief is that fetal positions are not random, that babies fit the space available. Birth anatomy can be flexible. Both the uterus and the pelvis have more available room when the muscles and other soft tissues are balanced.

Physiology Before Force

By turning our attention to the baby, we open minds to support physiological birth, reduce fear, and improve parent bonding and baby attachment.

Our Spinning Babies Parent Classes are taught by Evidence Based Birth & BACE Certified Childbirth Educator, DONA Certified Birth Doula & Advanced VBAC Doula, and Spinning Babies Parent Educator, Alyssa Sylvester teaches this fun and hands on in person class.
