Alyssa was our birth educator and doula for both of our births. I felt pretty confident going into the first birth with all the knowledge I had from taking her birth education class. I truly had no idea before taking her class the widespread options there are for so many things when it comes to having a baby. My first birth ended up being a c-section, but I walked away with closure knowing it was medically necessary. Having Alyssa there for everything leading up to the c section and also through it was so crucial for us, we really needed her support and she was amazing. Second time around I went for a VBAC and took her spinning babies class in effort to be in a good position for the birth and it was successful!!! Such an amazing experience we all shared together and I couldn’t have done it without Alyssa helping with pain measures and supporting me through every moment. I can’t recommend her enough.. this is truly her gift and calling in life and if you have the opportunity to work with her you will be in the best hands with someone who genuinely cares so much and wants the best for you.
